Steam Rice is a high-quality variety of rice produced through a unique steaming process that enhances its nutritional value, grain strength, and cooking properties. Known for its soft texture, mild aroma, and consistent grain structure, steam rice is widely used in households, hotels, restaurants, and bulk catering operations. This rice undergoes controlled steaming before milling, which helps the grains retain their natural nutrients, reduces breakage, and improves the overall cooking performance. When cooked, the grains remain fluffy, separate, and tender—making it ideal for daily meals, biryani, pulao, fried rice, and large-scale catering. Steam Rice offers excellent shelf stability, higher yield after cooking, and a clean, polished appearance. Its balanced taste and texture make it a preferred choice in both domestic and international markets.
