Brown Rice is a whole-grain rice variety that retains its bran layer and germ, making it richer in nutrients, fiber, and natural antioxidants compared to polished white rice. It is known for its nutty flavor, chewy texture, and high nutritional value, making it a preferred choice for health-conscious consumers worldwide. Because it undergoes minimal processing, Brown Rice preserves essential vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber—supporting digestion, weight management, and overall wellness. When cooked, the grains remain slightly firm with a wholesome, earthy taste. It is ideal for daily meals, salads, pilafs, Buddha bowls, diabetic diets, fitness diets, and natural food recipes. Brown Rice is available in various grain types, including short-grain, medium-grain, long-grain, and basmati brown rice, depending on customer requirements.
